NFP Executive Cybersecurity Awareness and Incident Response Workshop

June 19 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Details

It’s clear: Cybersecurity events are getting more common, more damaging, and aren’t limited to big businesses.   Not-for-profit organizations (NFP’s) need to protect sensitive donor and member data, as well as other digital assets of a confidential nature – usually without the benefit of deep Cybersecurity expertise or InfoSec leadership.  Given the increased risks, and often lack of preparedness for an impactful Cybersecurity incident, our NFP and Cybersecurity teams at SingerLewak wanted to provide an educational, actionable learning event for NFP executives so they can mitigate the chaos that ensues when an unexpected Cyber attack occurs at their organization.

We’ll walk through an Incident Response scenario, illustrating the value of a true Incident Response Plan – allowing for interaction and Q/A with our experienced Cyber team, and your peers.

We’ll also teach you more of the fundamentals (not the myths) about Cybersecurity, and why it should be seen as a journey.

As a take-away, you will receive an Incident Response Checklist to use in preparing for an incident – before it happens.

Join us on-line on June 19, 2024 from 11:30am-1:30pm.

We don’t charge for this 2 hour consultative session, but we will limit attendance so we can have more interactive dialog.  Click on this page to register. We hope to see you there!

This workshop qualifies for 2 hours of CPE. and is offered as a courtesy to our NFP clients and selected other parties by SingerLewak, LLP and our practice group, SL Business Informatics.
