We bring to the table years of experience in many types of organizations – private, publicly held, not-for-profit, or as due diligence advisors for a pending M&A transaction. We’re also retained as longer-term advisors just after an M&A transaction.  Many of our clients like to think of us as widely skilled CIO’s and CTO’s, augmented by our team’s financial and IT Audit perspectives.

But perhaps the most important question to ask is why we’re different:  In short, we’re objective, we provide you with strategic and prudent IT planning and project leadership, and we are accountable to you for our actions.  We use your business objectives as the driver to provide direction, strategy, a plan and effective execution.  Other consultants? Not always the case.  Here’s why: there are few standards or quality control mechanisms to ensure that value is properly delivered to businesses by the IT consulting community; we focus on proven IT protocols and reference our strong IT Audit experience.  Also, the majority of IT consultants sell hardware, software and/or cloud subscriptions to generate their income which tarnishes their objectivity. Our Diagnostic process aims to evaluate the key components of your business’ IT “environment” and provide you with direction as to how to improve it in a manner that meets your business objectives, budget and timeframes. Consider it your framework for a successful Strategic IT Plan. We offer the most comprehensive diagnostic process by covering security, cloud adoption, infrastructure (hardware, software, utilities), IT staff, controls, policies and procedures, software mix/fit, information management, IT governance, business continuity planning/disaster recovery, and others.

On-going, retained IT Leadership

Do you have a void in your executive team in the IT area?
