Each meal will have a corresponding color ticket that you will pick up during check-in:
• Red ticket – Raffle Ticket
• White Ticket – Grilled Chicken Breast with Roasted Pepper Sauce
• Blue Ticket – Seared Pork Chops with Mango Jerk
• Green ticket – Pasta Primavera (Vegetarian)
Check-in Procedures:
Please enter through the main entrance and follow the steps listed:
1. Speak with the Events Committee chairs behind the professional check-in table
2. You will receive your meal ticket, raffle ticket, and name tag
3. They will confirm your table number
4. If you have any raffle prizes, please drop them off at the check-in table
5. Doors will open at 6:30 pm; feel free to engage in networking opportunities
