Suzie Doran

Suzie is an accomplished professional with a remarkable background. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Suzie is an active member of various executive committees for the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") Los Angeles chapter as well as the ACG global board. She will be Chair of ACG, effective May 2026.  Moreover, she proudly represents SingerLewak on the North American Council for PrimeGlobal Global Board and is currently, the Governance Chair.  She is the Audit Committee Chair for Urgent.ly (ULY).   She is also a member of the Women's Leadership Counsel in Los Angeles. With over a decade of experience at the Firm, Suzie has worked with Public and Private companies in various industries and has transactional expertise in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SingerLewak, Suzie worked at Grant Thornton, LLP in their transaction advisory services group as a Senior Manager, where she honed her skills further. Her career began at PwC, primarily in the San Jose office, in 1997.
