He is also the head of the Firm's Tax Practice, where he has over 38 years of experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and their respective business entities, trusts, and foundations with an eye toward overall family estate planning. Steve also has extensive experience with tax structuring related to buying and selling business entities. In addition to his strong technical expertise, Steve has extensive consulting, tax planning, and research experience, making him a valuable resource and trusted advisor for any organization. He spent over six years in the tax department of a large international accounting firm, showcasing his expertise and thought leadership in the field.
