Rakesh Patel

Rakesh is a Certified Public Accountant in the Tax Services Practice based out of the Irvine, California office. Rakesh has more than twenty-five years of experience in public accounting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in 1997. He joined Ernst and Young LLP shortly after graduating before relocating to Irvine, California in 2000 to work for two established public accounting firms over the next 20+ years. Rakesh is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to current and potential new clients. Many of his clients have been with him since 2000 and he’s been an integral part of two successful CPA firm practice mergers before merging with SingerLewak LLP in November 2022. Rakesh has broad exposure and expertise in various tax areas, but his primary niche is within the real estate sector whereby he offers comprehensive tax planning, consulting, tax research and compliance services. Rakesh is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
