Orlando began his career in public accounting in 1995. He has been a CPA since 1999 and is currently licensed as a CPA in California, Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He spent most of his 20+ year career in big-4 firms dedicated primarily to audit state & local governments. Orlando has served organizations of different sizes and governmental structures that include departments, agencies, state level general-purpose governments, power and water utilities, and retirement systems. He has performed also singled audits with multiple major programs. He has been a speaker on state & local government forums and on related technical topics.
