Mark Dennis

Mark is a financial management and public accounting expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. Mark graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and from the London Business School with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and holds the AICPA's Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential. Mark is a member of several professional organizations, including the Colorado Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the Turnaround Management Association. Mark's areas of expertise include tax consulting and preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and bankruptcy. He also provides forensic accounting and litigation support services to bankruptcy trustees, attorneys, and debtors.
