Jason Borkes is a Partner in SingerLewak’s Orange County tax practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Experience
Jason joined SingerLewak LLP in 2012 and has over 13 years of tax experience. His client base ranges from emerging small and mid‑cap companies to large, sophisticated enterprises. Jason’s experience includes corporate tax planning, merger and acquisition structuring and due diligence, tax provision and ASC 740 work, tax advisory and consulting, and federal and state tax compliance.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. He has authored numerous technical articles for publication, including contributions to The Tax Adviser journal and the AICPA Journal of Accountancy.
