Heather McGowan

Heather is an accomplished and dedicated certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience. As a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), she has demonstrated her commitment to excellence in her profession. Beyond her impressive professional credentials, Heather is also an active and engaged member of her community. She serves as a member of Soroptimist International of Albany, Albany Rotary Club, director for Citizens Banks, and director for Albany General Hospital Foundation. Her dedication to serving others is a testament to her character and values. After graduating from West Albany High School in 1988 and Oregon State University in 1992, Heather joined a local Albany firm, where she worked her way up to becoming a partner in 2002. She then merged with Boldt Carlisle + Smith into SingerLewak in 2020, showcasing her ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining her high standards of professionalism. Heather's expertise in tax planning and preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts is unmatched.
