Bill Osborn

Bill is a highly qualified professional with over thirty-years of experience in accounting and taxation. He graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Option. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He started his career in the audit department of Price Waterhouse in 1988, where he worked with a diverse range of public and non-public clients. In 1993, Bill joined Gorelick & Uslaner, where he was later admitted as a partner in 1997. While at Gorelick & Uslaner, Bill's areas of focus included taxation of individuals, trusts, corporations, partnerships as well as audits and reviews of small to middle-market companies, audits of pension benefit plans, and valuations of businesses. Since joining SingerLewak via merger in 2021, Bill has focused on serving High Net Worth Individuals, Business Owners, and associated entities. Bill’s prior audit assurance and valuation experience provides him with a unique perspective to address the needs and complexities of High Net Worth individuals and their businesses.
