Jeremy is the technical standards partner for SingerLewak’s Assurance & Advisory practice and also leads the Practice Quality Center, which ensures the Firm continues to provide high quality in all service lines (audit, tax, and consulting).
Experience
Jeremy has over 24 years of experience, including 4 years with Deloitte and 6 years with RSM. He has significant experience helping entities present quality financial statements so they are positioned for success. Jeremy provides assurance services (audits, reviews, compilations, and due diligence) to clients, as well as performs engagement quality control reviews and technical consultations.

Education & Affiliations
Jeremy earned his B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting concentration from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also earned his Certificates in Leadership Essentials and Management Essentials from Harvard Business School. Jeremy holds a CPA license in California and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Jeremy is one of three CPA practitioners on the Private Company Council, which advises the Financial Accounting Standards Board on changes and improvements to GAAP. He is a member of the AICPA Council (which governs the CPA profession in the United States) and a former member of the Accounting & Review Services Committee (which issues the rules for review and compilation engagements that all CPAs must follow). Jeremy authored the AICPA practice aids on engagement letters and internal controls, as well as being a contributing author for Save Wisely, Spend Happily: Real Stories About Money & How to Thrive from Trusted Advisors. Jeremy is the 2013 winner of the AICPA’s Outstanding Young CPA Award.
Jeremy is board member for the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA and a committee member for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. He is also a former audit committee chairman for Episcopal Communities & Services.
