About the Event

Mid-Tier Madness is a recruiting and networking event focused on connecting accounting students with mid-sized and regional public accounting firms. Unlike larger “Meet the Firms” events that include Big Four participation, Mid-Tier Madness gives students a more targeted opportunity to engage with firms commonly recruiting for:

Audit
Tax
Client Accounting Services (CAS)
Advisory/Consulting
Internship programs
Entry-level accounting positions

This event is particularly valuable because students can have longer, more meaningful conversations with recruiters and professionals from regional firms. These firms often make a significant number of internship and full-time hires directly from campus recruiting events.
