Jeremy is an accomplished accountant with over 26 years of experience in his field. He earned his B.A. in Business Economics (Accounting concentration) from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and further strengthened his leadership capabilities by completing Certificates in Leadership Essentials and Management Essentials from Harvard Business School.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Jeremy serves as one of three CPA practitioners on the Private Company Council, where he advises the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on improvements and changes to GAAP. In addition, he is a member of the AICPA Council, the governing body of the CPA profession in the United States, and a former member of the Accounting & Review Services Committee, responsible for issuing rules for review and compilation engagements followed by CPAs nationwide.

Beyond his professional practice, Jeremy has made significant contributions to the accounting industry. He has authored AICPA practice aids on engagement letters and internal controls and is a contributing author to the book:
“Save Wisely, Spend Happily: Real Stories About Money & How to Thrive from Trusted Advisors.”

Jeremy is also deeply committed to community service. He serves as a board member for the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA and as a committee member for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. Additionally, he previously held the role of Audit Committee Chairman for Episcopal Communities & Services, reflecting his dedication to creating a positive impact beyond his profession.
