David has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, and has primarily specialized in serving smaller to midsize private, and not for profit companies with bookkeeping service, incorporation, sales, quarterly and annual federal, state and local tax and financial reporting requirements, and specialty transactions, such as initial public offerings, private offerings, international and domestic acquisitions and various other accounting and reporting issues surrounding other transactions since having joined the firm in 2001.
