Stephen Bolt

Stephen Bolt is a seasoned Tax Director with over a decade of experience delivering international tax expertise to clients across various industries. Before joining SingerLewak, he honed his skills at Deloitte where he provided strategic guidance on inbound and outbound tax structuring, transaction matters, and U.S. tax compliance. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with a focus in taxation, both from Brigham Young University. Based in Atlanta, he is a licensed CPA in Georgia and a member of the AICPA.
