Duane DuPree

Duane is a highly qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Accounting from Concordia University in Irvine, California. He completed the Master of Business Taxation program from the University of Southern California. Duane is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He joined SingerLewak in 2015, bringing with him Big Four accounting firm experience and experience working in the tax department of Broadcom Corporation. Duane's work experience includes preparing quarterly and annual income tax provisions, federal and state income tax filings, international filings, and merger and acquisition projects involving tax structuring. He has also managed federal and state income tax audits and prepared various research and technical memorandum. His expertise in tax planning and compliance has helped his clients achieve their financial goals while minimizing tax liabilities.
