Bill Osborn

Bill is a highly qualified professional with years of experience in accounting. He graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Option. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He started his career in the audit department of Price Waterhouse in 1988, where he worked with a diverse range of public and non-public clients. In 1993, Bill joined Gorelick & Uslaner, where he was later admitted as a partner in 1997. He recently merged with the firm into SingerLewak in 2021. Bill's areas of specialization include audits and reviews of small to middle-market companies, audits of pension benefit plans, and valuations of businesses.
