Amanda has over ten years of public accounting experience working in a wide variety of industries, including audits of not-for-profit organizations (foundations, educational institutions and service-based organizations), privately held companies and publicly traded companies. Amanda’s areas of expertise include: SEC compliance and reporting, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and audits in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance.
