company and employees have organized fundraising opportunities, donated time and resources to organizations
such as the ABC House, Children’s Hospital, The Covenant

Our employees reflect our corporate culture, and their
engagement is a key component of our approach to
corporate community engagement efforts. Through a
variety of corporate community engagement opportunities, employees can give time, money or other personal
commitments to their communities. We offer company-sponsored activities and support to help individuals
and teams with their community engagement efforts.
SingerLewak offers a variety of company-coordinated volunteer events for employees throughout the year. We also work with our employees to create custom volunteer experiences that make a positive social impact. Our employees have participated in environmental clean-up days, written notes to children in hospitals, prepared and donate meals and adopted families in need during the holidays.
Our mentoring program offers students, teachers and our
employee volunteer mentors the flexibility to participate
from home and allows us to maintain continuity with partners and communities.
While our traditional volunteer programs during the COVID-19 pandemic has been impacted, the SingerLewak team has shifted many of our traditional, in-person employee volunteer events on-line through virtual volunteer programs.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
One of the best features of an HSA is that any money left
in your HSA account at the end of the plan year rolls over
so you can use it next year or sometime in the future.
And if you leave SingerLewak’s employment or
retire, your HSA goes with you!
Whatever your stage in life, it is important to prepare for your future financial security. SingerLewak has established a tax-favored program that will help you save for retirement.
The Partners at SingerLewak encourage responsible saving by providing a matching contribution based on a percentage of your contributions to the plan.
After one year of service, employees are eligible to participate in the Firm’s tuition reimbursement program. Details are available from the Training Department.
PTO Donation Program
Employees with large PTO balances can donate some of their unused time to a PTO bank that is then allocated to an employee in need.
Referral Bonus Program
If you know of someone you want to refer for an open position, let us know. If we interview someone that you have referred, you will get one day off with pay. If he or she is hired, we will pay a referral bonus on the first payday following your referral’s 90-day anniversary. See Human Resources for details.
Meal and Mileage Program
We provide employees with a generous per diem, plus reimbursements for all travel-related expenses while on jobs for the Firm. In addition, SingerLewak reimburses mileage at the highest rate allowed by law.
