GROWTH

Growth is the life blood of all organizations, and SingerLewak is no exception. Growth can be defined in many ways and is important to us for many reasons including:

  • Funds our continuous cycle of investing in our breadth & depth of service offerings to industries/sectors we serve, so we can be of more value to our clients
  • Continue to attract new clients through our unique approach to issues
  • Continue to attract the best in class employees and offer them the continuous learning environment they desire

How does SingerLewak grow? Aside from being active in numerous trade associations, focus groups & community leadership opportunities, a significant percentage of our referrals come from existing clients and complementary business professionals (aka, our referral sources)… think bankers, attorneys, insurance agents, consultants, etc.

Existing Clients – Before we can consider asking existing clients for referrals, we must first be confident that our quality and service levels have met your expectations. If any client concerns are raised, we are quick to resolve those issues before asking for referrals. Our first priority is to  fully serve existing clients  before working on growth strategies.  When we have confirmation of a job well done from our clients, we will be asking you to introduce us to any friends, vendors, customers, etc. who you feel would benefit from being associated with SingerLewak. Whether your introduction is by a call, meeting or email, we appreciate any opportunity you secure for us to tell our firm story and see how we might be of help to others.

Referral Sources – We thank you for your past referrals to us and look forward to your next call.  Hopefully, we have presented ourselves professionally, helped solve your referred clients’ issues or helped generate new opportunities. We always try to make your life easier, and reciprocate with some solid referrals for you.

Growth is a simple strategy that we all can benefit from, and takes very collective effort.
Over the next quarter, we will be reaching out to many of you to again ask your assistance in helping us grow. Our “5-5-8” best describes where we are looking to grow:

Thank you in advance for your help.
