July = Change @ SingerLewakSystems.  With the advent of an influx of opportunities from businesses that are [finally!] seeking to invest in sound information technology strategies, we are increasing our efforts and commitment to provide objective/independent ERP selection and IT Advisory services. As such, we’ve moved from a business partner role with Intacct (SaaS financial software) to the role of “raving fans”. Many of you have known both me and Jim Hart as very active folks in the Intacct community.  Jim will increase his role in that community, now finding a home with our good friends Nik Puni and Vijay Saha at Sererra. I’ve worked with Jim here at SL and before that, at Insync – and I am excited for his opportunity in all respects. So, a public Thank You goes to Jim for really making a difference for our firm and for me, professionally.  Next, a big Thank You to our friends at Intacct. Rob Reid, Taylor Macdonald, Amy Bauer, Kathy Lord, Marc Linden, Peyton Burch, Lisa White, and many others – we’ve enjoyed collaborating with you over these past few years and know that we’ll share more experiences together in our new “fan” role.  I expect Intacct will continue to show increased adoption and successes.  Finally, rest assured we’re still a serious as ever about the Cloud – and SaaS. We’re very active as business partners with Avectra, with our Rick Mark taking a huge role in mastering this membership-organization SocialCRM suite, and continue to advise clients on the benefits and ROI from Cloud.
